I used this site many years ago and l’m very disappointed this time. Waste of money. Not worth it. They want to charge you for everything. You can’t even put the picture you want on as your profile. Horrible experience.

What a terrible service. I signed up and paid for 3 months and cancelled on day 3. They give you fake profiles, send you “stock” messages from supposed admirers. Lots of scammers trying to get your private info.

This site is a total joke. They have no way to control scammers on there. I was getting 10-15 emails a day. The last 3 months on there was a waste of time. I only found 1 legitie person to talk with there in 3 MONTHS! Anyone asks me about this site I will say run do not past og

In one area you pick distance. Your closest option is 50 miles.In another area there is a sliding scale. I chose 30 miles. I reset and it doesnt stay then It goes back to 300 miles. I get prospects in other states… none within 30 miles. This site isn’t worth the time or money invested. Pick another site friends!

If you sign up but don’t go as far as paying they send you fake messages in the hope you pay the joining fee to see it. I’ve had 3 messages, which are blurred out, that look exactly the same and then they mysteriously disappear after a few days, unlike the ones that are genuine.

I wouldn’t give this dreadful website one star, but I don’t think I can give less than that. Do not touch. They are not speical and nor are the majority of the profiles. I joined as I read a poll for the best UK dating websites. Its comes out high. I cannot understand how. Whoever compiles those polls has got this very wrong. The cancellation process is dreadful. It’s all a trick and the only way they’ll get people to renew. There should be a law against what they do. Do not – I repeat do not use this website under any circumstance. You absolutely won’t find love and will just be badly, badly ripped off.

I went on this site for free. I did not sign up to any agreement. On looking on line there fee is $9.99 or thereabouts a month. For the last two months since I viewed their site they have deducted $99.00. I lodged a complaint with PayPal and they said I had a payment agreement wit B2. As far as I know I never agreed to any deductions let alone $99.00 a month. All I did was take up the free offer and have a look. Keep away from this site it is not safe if they can trick you like that. Also there should be stronger consumer protection against such people.

They try to get extra money for what other sites include in the basic package. Your preferences for potential partners are ignored unless you pay more. You do not know if your messages have been opened unless you pay. Avoid at all costs.

I tried to log in to my account a few days ago and suddenly my account has been blocked for violating “community guidelines” or “terms and conditions” which I then re-read to double check and I did not violate any of these policies. I then proceeded to contact customer service to try and rectify the problem to which I received a very vague answer. My account was blocked for no apparent reason, I have read everything over and over again and my account did not violate any guidelines or etc. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Bad is honestly a compliment. Its your money and more importantly your time. I wish all the best, I believe you may need it. Ive been told many times im easy on the eyes so I wouldn’t think to have such a horrible experience.. I actually recieved over a 100 wanna meets in the first 2 weeks. I messaged about 10-12 women. I was met back with crickets that was my better experience, because the two I did receive back had me wondering if I was in the twilight zone app. Absolutely off the wall replies, like it was meant for someone else. Never answered one of my questions,had very little and random things to say. I’m thinking they have general messages they use to send people its gotta be as its the most logical thing I can come up with. A complete waste of time. Having put up a profile I tried uploading pics. 15 rejected. Remarkable as they have been on other sites. Also to verify via mobile isn’t a case of receiving a validation code, no! I kid you not the site requires you to take a video if your head moving from left to right just like a police mug shot. I’m demanding my £25 back. Total scan!!!! This website up yours!!!!! To message people to have to buy credits. Even after having paid membership. Avoid!.

If I could give it a minus star rating I would. This is the worst site for profiles and impossible to cancel on a phone, can only cancel on a laptop. Don’t go there people.

They just emailed me that they were able to locate my email address with my original account after I have sent them many emails. However, I have to register with a new account. I cannot re-gain the access to my original account, which I am very disappointed although they refund me the last payment and offered me a discount to a new subscription.

This is a great site. Just be careful there are alot of fake profile. Tons of people that play games on the good souls that are looking for a life time partner.

Warning this is a fake site that takes your money..non of the profiles on here are real its some phsycho using fake pics and taking money.

Customer service doesn’t exist. They do not respond, bill you for service that’s not working and once you request the refund they ban your account. There is hate ruling that place.

This is another dating site with fake profiles and fake personalities that do not exist. Sometimes I feel they have hired people just to play games with customers showing themselves as interested parties but the reality is that there are none or very few women on there. I have been on this site for 3 days and it is very simple to see that they are playing games with everyone.

Before 24 hours after I join I wanted to cancel as I had purchase their tokens along with membership. I have emailed them 3 times and no response at all. They just ignore my request. If need be I do have copies of all correspondence. Even if there was a no-refund policy they should have at least notified of that.

You have to pay money just to talk. come on.

Chinalove canceled my subscription with no reason why. I have 3 months left that I paid for. No answer/response from Chinalove what so ever. Will not even help to restore my account. The site is okay, but customer service forget about it.
